Returns

Since all of our products are custom-made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.

Refunds

We only offer refunds for defective or incorrect items. If your return request is approved, we will:

  1. Review your request: Please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective item.
  2. Approval process: After reviewing your case, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
  3. Processing time: Once approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

As each item is made to order, we can only accept order modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order will already be in production and cannot be changed or canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that personalized or custom-made items (such as products with your own designs or names) are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Issues
